Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the Nexus Arcade website and games (the "Service"), operated by Aussi-Nexus Group ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
1. The Service
Nexus Arcade offers browser games. Each game has a free preview. Full, unlimited play of a game is available after a one-off purchase of that game at the price shown on the site (currently A$2.99 per game, in Australian dollars, including GST where applicable). We may change prices, add or remove games, or update the Service at any time. A price change does not affect a game you have already purchased.
2. Purchases and access
- A purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play the purchased game in your browser for your own non-commercial use.
- Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. We do not see or store your card details.
- After purchase you receive an unlock code or link. Access is stored in your browser on your device. Clearing your browser data may remove it; contact us with your proof of purchase and we will help restore access.
- Do not share, publish or resell unlock codes or links.
3. Acceptable use
You must not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, redistribute, resell or host the games or their code, artwork, audio or text; bypass or tamper with the preview limit or unlock system; or use the Service unlawfully or in a way that harms the Service or other people.
4. Intellectual property
All content in the Service is owned by or licensed to Aussi-Nexus Group and protected by copyright and other laws. See our Copyright Notice. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of any content to you. Anything you build or create inside a game (for example a block construction or an exported image) is yours to keep for personal use, but the game elements inside it remain ours.
5. Consumer guarantees
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded. See our Refunds page.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, and subject to section 5, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, or loss arising from interruptions to the Service. Where our liability cannot be excluded, it is limited, at our option, to resupplying the Service or paying the cost of having it resupplied, or refunding the price you paid for the affected game.
7. Changes and termination
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use after a change means you accept it. We may suspend access for serious or repeated breaches of these terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
