Refunds and Consumer Rights
Our games are digital products. This page explains your rights if something goes wrong with a purchase.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods or services repaired or resupplied if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
When we will refund
- The game does not work on your device or browser and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time.
- The game is materially different from how it is described on this site.
- You were charged more than once for the same game, or were charged but did not receive access.
How to ask
Email us at the address below with your purchase confirmation, the game name, your browser and device, and a short description of the problem. We will assess each request fairly and reply promptly. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Free preview
Every game has a free preview so that you can check that it runs well on your device before you buy. Change of mind is not by itself a reason for a refund, but this does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
